The Burning Sky is a wonderful story. I have read 4 of J.R. Lewis' books, and have enjoyed them all.
Tarizi Ohana is an engineer on an airship, Halcyon. When the airfield is blown up and her captain is injured, Tarizi is recruited by a marshal to chase the bomber/assassin.
Qhora and Lorenzo are sent to the Queen with a gift from Espana's prince. Lorenzo is a great diestro, or swordsman. They are in love. Qhora has fantastic creatures with her. She rides a giant eagle and has a sabertooth cat as a pet.
There is non-stop action and adventure throughout the entire story. It was hard to put the book down. There are 8 books to the series.

I have been a long-time fan of Janet Evanovich and her Stephanie Plum series. Now I am also a fan of Sibel Hodge and the Amber Fox series.

Amber, Brad, Tia, and Hacker work at an insurance company. Amber is an insurance investigator. Brad is her ex turned boss turned fiancé. But Amber is scared to go through with the wedding.

The daughter a wealthy land developer disappears, and Amber is asked to help find her. With neurotic Amber on the case, you are guaranteed a hilarious time and conclusion to the case. Especially the parts with the drive-thru and Diamond Dozen.

I love these characters. The writing style is superb. I plan on reading the rest of this series. This is book 3 of 6.

I have been a huge fan of Jelly Roll for about 4 years now. I first heard his song "Son of A Sinner" on Sirius XM in 2022on their Hot Country station. I have about 5 cds of his, and I love them all. Jelly Roll has a nice cross between rap, country, and gospel.

This new cd has 2 versions. 'Beautifully Broken" has only 14 tracks. Then the longer version "Beautifully Broken: Pickin' Up The Pieces" has 28 tracks. There are duets with Halsey, Keith Urban, Wiz Khalifa, MGK and a few others.

                                                                All the songs are good. Although I must say "Lonely Road"                                                                        with MGK is not my favorite. I am a fan of John Denver. The 

                                                                redo of "Country Road" just doesn't do it for me. 

                                                                But the album is great, Jelly is great. I recommend everyone to                                                                  give it a listen.

 Flash O'Lantern has 13 stories and 13 history lessons about October events.

I didn't find any of the stories to be scary, and all are too short. All of the stories are only 1 to 4 pages long. I understand that they are only suppose to be quick "flash stories", but I still needed a touch more.

Story #7 Payday Assistance was probably the best. It almost had me. But I didn't like the ending.

As far as the historical events, I could have done without the history lessons. I just wanted to read a few good, quick stories. 

I would possibly recommend this book to anybody who only has 2 or 3 minutes at a time, and just wants something to quick to read.
